Villa Carica isn't a hotel — it's Petra's house
Petra Mušac runs Villa Carica herself: she makes breakfast, leads the tastings in the cellar, and answers every inquiry personally. There's no front desk, no shifts — when you write, you're writing straight to her.
Seven apartments across four floors, a shallow pool for the youngest guests, and a cellar full of wine she picked herself around Pelješac and Korčula. All under one roof, ten metres from the sea.

We don't have our own vineyard in the cellar under the house. We drove around Pelješac and Korčula ourselves and picked the labels we'd happily drink ourselves.
Every bottle on our list has a reason for being there. You bring a glass, taste it, then decide.

Villa Carica is a family house that learned to host guests over time. Seven apartments across four floors, each with a sea view, and a beach that starts where the garden ends.

On the route, at the foot of Biokovo
Medići sits halfway along the Split–Makarska route — a natural stop for cyclists on EuroVelo 8, with direct sea access right after the ride. A bike-washing spot already exists today.
The same quiet draws hikers too: Biokovo is 25 km away, close enough for a day trip, far enough that you're back by the sea come evening.
